  I have had wonderful treatment and experiences with Dr. Mancini and his medical staff, but the administrative employees at Maine Orthopedics provide terrible customer service. I just got off the phone with a medical records employee who said his name was "Ed." I was requesting my x-rays and MRI to bring to a surgeon. Ed was rude and dismissive from the first word. He treated me in a demeaning way and berated me for not knowing how his process works (although I did know and clearly state exactly what I needed). I did not specify (or know) that my information would be on a disc, so he insisted there were only "notes" and nothing else to provide. When I insisted that I did, however need the information and that I had seen the MRI in my doctor's office, he told me the information was on a disc, but it seems he would have preferred to just tell me "No" and not get me what I needed. Ed's behavior was not acceptable and he should not be dealing with people on the phone. Ever.
